Terms and Conditions

1. Membership
1.1. By enrolling in our boxing/MMA gym, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the gym.
1.2. Members must be of legal age or have parental/guardian consent to participate in classes or training sessions.
1.3. Membership fees are to be paid on time as outlined in the membership agreement.

‍2. Code of Conduct
‍2.1. Respectful behavior is mandatory. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct towards staff or fellow members will not be tolerated.
2.2. Members are expected to follow gym rules and instructions from trainers for their safety and the safety of others.

‍3. Health and Safety
‍3.1. Members must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations to trainers before participating in any activities.
3.2. It's recommended to undergo a medical check-up before starting any rigorous physical activities.
3.3. The gym is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the gym or its staff.

‍4. Personal Belongings
4.1. The gym is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
4.2. Lockers are provided for storage during training sessions; however, it is the member's responsibility to secure their belongings.

‍5. Membership Cancellation and Refunds
‍5.1. Membership cancellation requests must be submitted according to the terms specified in the membership agreement.
5.2. Refunds are subject to the gym's refund policy and will be handled as per the terms agreed upon during enrollment.

‍6. Gym Operations
‍6.1. The gym reserves the right to modify class schedules, facilities, or rules at any time with prior notice to the members.
6.2. Temporary closure due to maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

‍7. Image and Likeness
‍7.1. By participating in gym activities, members consent to the use of their image or likeness in promotional materials unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Governing Law
‍8.1. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, and both parties agree to resolve any conflicts through arbitration or mediation.

‍9. Agreement Acknowledgment
‍9.1. By signing up or using the facilities, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
